3. Prohibited Products: Sellers are not allowed to display illegal, counterfeit, intoxicating or prohibited items for sale on Ujjwal Mart. Displaying such illegal content will result in the seller’s account being permanently frozen and the seller will be liable for any legal action that may arise.
4. Fulfillment: Sellers must ensure prompt order fulfillment, proper packaging, and delivery.
5. Return and Refund Policy:
Sellers must outline and adhere to a clear return and refund policy.
5. Buyer’s Responsibilities
1. Accurate information: Buyers must provide accurate shipping and payment details.
2. Product Use: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products are used properly and in compliance with local laws.
3. Payment : Buyers are required to complete payment for any order placed on the platform.
6. Fees and Payments
Seller Commission : Ujjwal Mart charges a commission on each sale, as disclosed during seller registration.
Payment Processing : Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway and payouts to sellers are made according to our payment cycle.
Returns : Returns, if applicable, are processed according to the seller’s policy.
7. Order Management
Sellers are responsible for updating order status and ensuring timely delivery.
Buyers must report any issues with the order on the purchase receipt.
8. Prohibited activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
1. Selling narcotics, intoxicating substances, counterfeit and illegal products.
2. Misdescription of products
3. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes
4. Violation of intellectual property rights.
5. Uploading malicious software or engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform.
All content on the platform, including trademarks, logos, and text, is the property of Ujjwal Mart or its respective vendors.
Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers must first be reported through the platform’s resolution center.
Ujjwal Mart reserves the right to mediate disputes but is not responsible for unresolved issues.
10. Limitation of Liabilities
Ujjwal Mart is a marketplace platform and does not sell products directly.
Ujjwal Mart is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the product, the seller shall be solely responsible for this.
11. Intellectual property
Users may not reproduce, copy or exploit content on the Platform without prior written consent.
Ujjwal Mart acts as a facilitator and is not directly involved in transactions between sellers and buyers.
Ujjwal Mart is not responsible for product defects, delivery delays, or disputes between sellers and buyers.
12. Termination of accounts
Ujjwal Mart reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for any violation of these terms.

13. Regulatory Act
These terms are governed by the laws of the Consumer Protection Act E-Commerce Rules 2020. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved exclusively under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yavatmal District Courts.
